Read This Warning Before Entering the Haunted Trail

First and foremost, have fun.

I waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from negligence, defective equipment, wild animals, and property, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, including travel to and from this activity, the following entities or persons: Battershaw Trail of Terror and/or its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers.

This haunted trail reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

You may experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, a physically demanding environment, and uneven ground.

Do not enter if intoxicated, wearing a cast or medical brace, using crutches, taking medication or drugs that impair participation, or experiencing physical limitations that make entry unsafe.

Do not smoke, run, eat, or drink inside the trail. Do not touch actors, customers, or props unless you have chosen to participate in designated interactive areas. No video or flash photography is permitted inside. Guests may be refused admission or removed for failing to follow the rules.

Interactive participation may include permitted touching by actors. Guests who choose to participate may be identified with a glow necklace. Minors may participate only with parent or legal guardian consent.
